130411 Exterior RenderingImagine the convenience of a drive-up window at the Brentwood Branch Library! You’re pressed for time, it’s pouring rain, or the kids are all buckled in the car, or it’s physically hard to get out of the car, so you pull through the drive-up window for great library customer service. That’s what’s coming to the renovated Brentwood Branch. The drive-up lane and window will be designed on the east side of the library. Check out this and other conveniences coming when we ReNew Brentwood. Interested in making a gift to match the Friends of the Library $200,000 challenge grant? Call Valerie at 616-0586.

Check Out the Book Tower for ReNew Brentwood!

Monday, October 5th, 2015

We found a novel way to keep track of donations to the ReNew Brentwood Capital Campaign at the Brentwood Branch Library — a Book Tower. The Library’s Buildings & Grounds staff built this magnificent, 10-foot glass-and- wood tower. Each time we reach another $200,000 marker on our way to $2.5 million goal, we’ll add more books. We need your help to update and ReNew this favorite neighborhood branch.

Library Foundation Director Valerie Richardson and Friends of the Library President Jim Moore, with Brentwood Branch staffer Joey Borovicka, add the Friends' $200,000 challenge grant "book" to help the campaign.
